I would like to gain muscle mass so I ordered the P90X program from Million Dollar Body which is expected to arrive in 5 - 7 business days. My girlfriend recently lost a lot of weight and toned up using their weight loss program. She loves the programs as well as the community support of Million Dollar Body members and coaches which is why she is able to stick to a program without quitting. From my own past experiences I know its hard to stick to a program if I don't like it and if I am doing it alone. That's really what got me interested in Million Dollar Body. If I can enjoy it like my girlfriend does then I should be able to stick with it and really tone up and build muscle mass. We shall see!
I am going to post regular updates on my progress. My next update will be when I get my P90X program in the next 5 - 7 business days. In 90 days from that point you should see a whole new lean and mean *laugh* Tom ;)
